Orders

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are prepared and processed within approximately 1 to 2 business days of receipt. Once prepared, the order is delivered to the carrier for shipment.

How can I pay for my order?

We have several payment methods so you can choose the one that best suits you.

  • By card.
  • Payment by bank transfer.
  • Cash on delivery.

Can I modify or cancel an order once it has been placed?

Our policy does not allow for modifications or cancellations of orders once they have been confirmed. However, if you need to make any changes, we recommend that you request them through the contact form , and our team will review your case to try to help you as much as possible.

Shipping

To which countries or regions do you ship?

We currently ship to:

  • Peninsular Spain*
  • Balearic Islands
  • Italy

*We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla .

What is the delivery time for orders?

The estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 working days for all destinations, without exception.


Delivery times may be extended during special campaigns (Black Friday, Christmas, sales), holidays or due to causes beyond MT HELMETS' control such as weather conditions or logistical congestion.

How much does shipping cost?

  • Standard shipping cost: €7.95
  • Free shipping on orders over €100

These conditions apply to all available areas.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will automatically receive an email or SMS from DHL with the tracking number. From there you can check the shipment status and, if the carrier allows it, modify delivery details.

Returns

How long do I have to return a product?

You have 30 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise your right of return or withdrawal.


Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of shipping errors, defective products, or when applicable regulations stipulate otherwise.

Can I change the size of a helmet?

Yes. To exchange an item for a different size, you must follow the standard return procedure and, once completed, place a new order with the desired size. This system allows for faster processing and guarantees product availability.

What requirements must the product meet to be accepted for return?

The article must:

  • Be in good condition, without damage beyond that resulting from normal handling.
  • Include original packaging, accessories, manuals, labels, and any promotional material.
  • Provide proof of purchase.
  • Be properly protected for transport.

If the product shows signs of use that exceed what is necessary for its evaluation, a proportional reduction of the amount to be refunded may be applied.

How do I request a refund?

You must log in to your user area and complete the return form . Once submitted, you can print the return label available on the Shipping and Returns Policy page.

No returns will be accepted without having previously completed the corresponding form.
