The World Championship held the United States Grand Prix at the Circuit of the Americas in Austin, the third round of the calendar after the events in Thailand and Brazil.
The riders of AEON Credit MT Helmets-MSi were unable to shine during Saturday’s sessions and faced the race from the back of the grid.
Ryusei Yamanaka started from the seventh row, while Hakim Danish started from last position after a crash in Q1 that left him out of contention for Q2.

The race took place in dry conditions, with wind as an additional factor in the moments before the start. In this context, Hakim Danish delivered a great start, gaining five positions on the opening lap.
The Malaysian rider maintained a solid pace that allowed him to consistently move forward until crossing the finish line in 13th position, adding new points in his debut Moto3 season.
Meanwhile, Ryusei Yamanaka finished in 18th place in a race where starting positions proved decisive and limited the Japanese rider’s chances.
The World Championship now enters a three-week break before beginning the European tour. The next round will be the Spanish Grand Prix, held in Jerez from April 24 to 26.
Statements
13th HAKIM DANISH
>> Moto3 MT Rider
“I suffered a heavy crash in qualifying and had to start from last position, which affected the entire race. Even so, I didn’t give up and managed to recover several positions, especially in the opening laps. It was a demanding race, particularly in terms of tire management on such a technical circuit. The truth is that I learned a lot this weekend.”
18th RYUSEI YAMANAKA
>> Moto3 MT Rider
“It was a complicated weekend overall. We couldn’t find the feeling we were looking for, and that affected both qualifying and the race. Now it’s time to disconnect a bit and prepare for the Spanish Grand Prix, at a circuit I like and where I hope to take a step forward.”
